- Site to consist of up to 5 pages.
- One year webhosting at QualityDiscountHosting.com is included. https://qualitydiscounthosting.com/
- Free domain name for one year is included.
- WordPress template up to $50 licensing fee is included.
- Utilizes up to 100 of your photos.
- Client is defined as __________________ and designated representatives.
- Client to provide all content for site.
- Client responsible for reviewing and approving all content both before and after publishing.
- Client is responsible for obtaining Broker Approval of website and all content.
- Client is responsible for the legality of all content.
- Client is responsible for legal and copyright permission to utilize any and all content.
- Client absolves Developer of any and all legal responsibilities or liabilities for this website, unless due to neglect or gross negligence by Developer.
- Developer will supply Client with all links, user IDs and passwords created in the course of this development. Client will have Admin privileges to all created accounts.
- Developer will consider all information learned from Client in the course of this project to be private and confidential.
- Plugging in to the MLS listings feed is available at Extra Charge – you’ll pay a monthly feed to the MLS, and a programming charge to Jim Carey and Associates.
- As long as it’s permitted by local MLS rules and client’s Broker, and as much as it’s compatible with the chosen WordPress Theme, Developer agrees to frame other websites that the client may own in ‘”iframes,” as illustrated in this example: https://hawaiiactivitymarketing.com/property-search-demo/
- Customer is responsible for annual renewal fees for web hosting, domain name, and WordPress template(s), if any.
- Ongoing maintenance and updates of this website project will be billable by the Developer to the Client at an hourly rate to be determined.
- Customer responsible for prompt response to web Developer questions, with the goal of completing this project within 30 days of developer receiving payment.
- If customer elects to cancel this agreement before website is completed, a refund will be issued by Developer, less expenses and labor fees.
- At no point, and for no reason, will liability of Developer exceed the fees charged to and paid by the Client.
- Both parties agree to submit any disputes to Arbitration, and will do all they can to settle any disputes peacefully and amicably.
- This offer expires 30 days after the date it was emailed to the Client.
