Pricing
For programming, consulting and other labor we charge $250 an hour.
Monthly Contract Customers are billed monthly in advance, via email, and we expect payment by the 5th of the month.
There is no carryover of hours from month-to-month.
We will consider offers for working on a commission basis.
Payment Policy
We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, JB, PayPal and Vinmo.
We expect to be paid when the consultation is completed. We carry a credit card reader and processor.
For non-contract labor we bill weekly and expect to be paid within 48 hours.
On large projects that we have bid on, like developing a website or app, we require a retainer.
All payments must be in US dollars unless otherwise negotiated before the project begins. If the laws of your country require you to pay us in local currency, you must tell us before we reach an agreement.
Travel
We consider travel time, tickets, lodging and expenses as billable.
For air travel, business class at least.
We are frequent travelers, our passports are always current, and we have TSA PreCheck certification.
